How Does Strath Work?

Let’s face it – most of us do not get as many vitamins and nutrients as we should each day, and the ones we do ingest (through food or supplements) have to survive a harsh digestive process. These vitamins and nutrients can only provide us with top-notch nutritional value if our bodies give them the right environment to do so, and most of ours don’t.

That’s where Strath comes in. We use a nutritional yeast called Saccharomyces cerevisiae, or “The Beneficial Yeast”. Then, we feed each nutritional yeast cell a feast of beneficial herbs, each containing vital nutrients the body needs. These yeast cells eat and digest each vital nutrient.
