How to get a good night sleep naturally?

Good night Sleep is very important for overall good health. If you don’t get enough sleep at night , you find it difficult to get through the day. You lose focus on day to day work which impacts your performance. Here are some simple tips to get sound sleep at night:

  • Go outside and soak in sunlight so that your internal clock knows the difference between day and night.
