Directions
As a dietary supplement take 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 3 dropperfuls) daily with 6-8 oz of water, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. May be mixed with water or food. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
