Suggested use
Detox Activation™ cleansing formula: Recommendations: Day 1-8: Take 5 tablets with 8 ounces of liquid in the evening. Day 9-10: Take 3 tablets with 8 ounces of liquid in the evening. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
Fiber Fusion™ Daily (drinkable) gentle fiber: Day 2-8: Adults take 1 packet at night mixed with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Day 9-10: Adults take 1 packet in the morning and 1 packet at night with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
