Boswellia phytosome is boswellia extract that has been chemically bound to phospholipids to increase its absorption. Boswellia phytosome provides superior absorption compared to non-complexed boswellia. In fact, plasma levels of boswellic acids were 3-7 times higher for the phytosome preparation depending on which boswellic acid was analyzed.
